John and Kellsie Peterson are first generation cattle producers in Southwest Idaho. Together, they work full time jobs as well as raise a herd of commercial Angus cross cow/calf pairs.

Welcome to my blog "Beef Babe"

I am an agricultural education teacher in Southwest Idaho as well an advocate for agriculture and cattlewomen in the making.

 

We moved out to Kansas after college  working on our careers as well as starting our own herd of cattle. In 2018, we made the move back to Idaho - our official home and where we will grow our herd. 

 

Both of us are extremely passionate about agriculture and this way of life. We are creating an open atmosphere and transparent place for consumers to see our beef production, our way of life and what is happening in our first generation cattle production operation.
